Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Excellent concept, but very difficult to communicate to your target audience in a way that they'll find acceptable/motivating with just a name and tagline. (And that's all you'll get initially.)

The problem is that your service is the alleviation of a negative, and the positive statement is too vague/ambiguous. So how do you say "pain relief" without saying "pain." It's not "wellness" or "feeling good." Those are too general and don't capture the concept of "relief."

You might start by seeing if there are any similar clinics around the country that have been successful, and then reverse engineer their marketing strategies. Fortunately or unfortunately, you are not the first chiropractor to have this problem. And it's not so easy to determine if someone else has really been successful.

Naming after the Nature of the business is just one choice. There are other choices such as naming after owner's names, naming by special benefits business offers to customer or simply choose a name that short, simple, easy to remember. In your case, I suggest yu choose a name which can highligh the benefit your clinic can bring to customers such as Super Ease Clinic, Soft Care Clinic, Revital Clinic...
