Tagline Needed For New Luxury Apartment Building

Hi, Would appreciate help branding our new apartment building. The name is grandeur, 80 luxury apartments & residences, every apartment has an ocean view the building is situated on the east coast of Australia.

We would like a tag line that states this is luxurious, the place to be, etc etc

    Thanks everyone I am liking the ideas, I was wanting to incorporate the word grandeur, I guess I am looking for two taglines one to use on website and under logo etc and one that draws people into our brochure, ie youve had luxurious, now have grandeur, this is really bad I just wanted to show how I was thinking! Or grandeur. Nothing but ocean ..... Leave it to the experts!!
