Weight Loss And Management Workshop

I run a fitness studio (aerobics and Personal Training) and plan on conducting a workshop on Weight Loss and it's Management. Please suggest a suitably catchy name for the workshop for publicity materials like posters, flyers, email communication, etc. Thanks.

    How will your workshop be different from other fitness studio's approach? Is yours ...faster? ...safer? ...long-lasting? ...more convenient? ...medically supervised?

    Who are you targeting? Age range? Gender? How overweight?

    Lastly, what's the name of your studio and where are you located?

    We are based in India and the main target group is women of all ages. The name is Dinaz's Fitness Studio and we have a very strong reputation in our city for working for women empowerment in general, and fitness in particular.
