Who is your target audience? What unique and important benefit do you deliver for them? Why should someone buy from you instead of from your competition? Where are you located?

    Phil's questions.

It is a brick-n-mortar store that will offer unique gifts for all ages and occasions. Customers will be able to call in and let us know what they need, we can wrap the gift and have it ready for pick up, if they don't have time to shop. We want to appeal to all age groups. We will also have unique one of a kind pieces of furniture and art work.

So if you are selling gifts for "all ages" you probably won't be able to do it from a brick-n-mortar store. The majority of your target audience lives more than 1,000 miles from your location. (Most of them actually live in Asia.)

Maybe you mean that your audience is local. That would be important to know, because the more narrowly you can define the target audience, the better job we'll be able to do with the name. Where are you? Maybe we can use the location in the name, so it's clear you're local.

And "all ages and occasions" is broad even if you limit it geographically. Is it mostly male or mostly female? Mostly kids, mostly teens, mostly adults? Seniors? Personal items or housewarming gifts?

You'll do yourself a real favor if you can zero in on a specific target audience and do a great job for that audience, rather than trying to serve everybody everywhere with gifts for everything.

In saying that we are selling gifts for "all ages" I didn't mean for the entire world. Maybe I should clarify by saying, we will offer baby gifts, teen gifts, wedding gifts, etc. Our audience will definitely be local since we will be a brick and mortar store. I do not want the name to be based on the location in case we decide to move later on. The audience will be geared more to females between the ages of 25 and 45.
