Please Help! New Name For 'christian Ministry' Course

Quick Background:
We have a Christian Organization in South Africa, operating all across Africa, called Timothy Training Institute (TTI). For 26 years, we have had the same course, an A-Z of Ministry, which have called the 'TTI Course', but this doesn't sound inviting, exciting etc. etc. etc. The course was usually conducted via correspondence, over a period of "3 years".
Important: The aim of this course never was to 'train academics', but to equip Christian Leaders for full-time ministry.
Quick Question:
What we can call this course from 2011? We would like to keep the name "Timothy" somewhere in the name...It is important for the name to emphasize that this is not 'academic training', but a SEMINAR (which will now take only 6 months), which will equip leaders for full-time ministry with the possibilities of:
ordination (as pastor)
planting your own church
serving in an already established ministry
starting your own ministry
etc etc etc...
