Taglines For Superblock

We will build a small 60,000 sqm superblock at small town in Indonesia. Mall, condotel, office park and trade centre will be built in this area. We will be the first superblock project in this town. The hotel will be operated by International hotel operator. The only national Tenants are a restaurants/cafes, grocery and Department Store. The remainder are smaller local independent stores. I need to tell my customers through the tag line that the projects is a high value for investation, because it will be a complete place to fulfill your needs where work, fun and living can you get in one place. I just need to get the message out.

Kindly advise for the new tagline of this project. Really appreciate it for all your attention, thank you

    You need to define your target audience more precisely, and develop a clear statement of the key positioning benefit for that audience. If you have multiple target audiences, then you need to identify the most important benefit for each one.

    You're described the project, but not your customers. And the customer definition is every bit as important as the product.

    To find the benefit, you start by identifying the most important need of your target audience(s). What do they need that you can address uniquely?
