National Private Event Band Seeks Tagline

The Company Band is a band that has a passion in jazz, fusion, and funk. However, the band plays top 40 covers more than anything else because 80% of our clients are brides and corporations. 20% are fans who may come to a public appearance.

We are trying to find a tagline that would be happy medium for future fans and clients. How do you describe some thing like that in just a few words?

We thought a tagline like "Those Guys Play Everything!" We can't use that because we never want to put ourselves in a position for failure. No one plays EVERYTHING.

What do you think the tagline should be?

    not sure, and kind of guessing with ..

    the esoteric band plays cover pop
    the musicians band plays cover songs
    talented musicians can play cover songs too

    Instead of telling people WHAT you play, can you tell people how you make them feel? For example, "We get everyone dancing!" or "Let's get the party started!".

    Infusing the funk.

    We do all that jazz.

    We put the fun in funk.

    An infusion of music.

    Keep it simple. The one key component about all the music styles you mention are that they all get people up and and dancing so why not something like this:

    YOUR BAND NAME
    Tagline: Music that Moves...

    You can add the word "You" at the end of the tagline if you want to make sure people understand they need to get up and get FUNKY!
