I Need A Name/tagline For A Webinar

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I need a name/tag line for a Children's Ministry webinar I am planning. I want to market at as an online conference, more then a webinar. It looks like we are going to have a Child Marketer and Disney Imagineer on it. The website is ChildrensMinistryLive.com. Come up with something creative and orignal.

Thanks in advance

Who is the target audience? Why should they participate in the conference/webinar? What's in it for them? What will they learn? How will it help them achieve their goals?

The name and tagline, taken together, should communicate the BENEFIT for your target audience. Without understanding what that is, and who the target audience is, it's impossible to come up with something "creative and original" that will make any difference.

Separate but related subject: How will your target audience learn about this online event? Do you have a mailing list? Will you advertise? If so, how/where?

By definition on www.merriam-webster.com - conference means: a meeting of two or more persons for discussing matters of common concern

Call it what it is. A live interactive conference.

Give a one sentence intro and use an appealing title.

    Maybe: Creating Change Together

    Creating Change Together
Join us for an interactive conference on January xx, 2011 with guest speakers: Name, Child Marketer and Name, an Disney Imagineer.

If you provide a bit more information on the topic, that could help us create a catchy title.

Thanks so much for the responses, here is a little more info:

The target audience is Christian Children's Pastors.
They will want to participate because it is going to be such a good price. $15 to hear two great speakers and ask questions.
I am telling the speakers that I don't want to over load them with information, but provide them with some practical information that they can easily implement into their ministry.
It will help them achieve their goals, because they will know how to attract kids better and make their ministry more creative.

The audience will learn about the event through many blogs that I am connected to. Also, through direct mailing.

I hope this information helps, let me now if you need any more.

    Thanks

You need to re-think your core positioning benefit. The price is not a benefit. It's an expression of what you think the webinar is worth. It's what your target audience will have to pay to get some benefit ... not yet clearly defined.

If the best thing you can say about the seminar is that it only costs $15, then you probably won't get many takers. People buy benefits, not prices.

Benefit: "practical information that they can easily implement into their ministry." - quoted from above

"Practical information" isn't a benefit either, even if it can be applied somehow.
