Need A Snappy Memorable Name/title/web Name

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am a long time mortgage broker. I have always catered to my clients, enjoyed loyalty from them, and haven't needed to advertise. That market is gone now. I am going to join a local real estate agent who is knowledgeable and well liked in the community. Together we will form a team to help folks buy or sell distressed properties, help them buy a home after recovering from damaged credit. We will be honest, ethical and diligent in treating our clients very well. I believe in hand holding and catering to people; and it's important they understand the entire mortgage process. My team partner shares this philosophy and she is a super negotiator and very up to date in her industry. What should we call ourselves? Providing consistent care, returning calls, being honest and explaining everything are our basics. Most people don't get this kind of service. Plus we know what we are doing. Can you help with the right phrase/word/title/name for what I am trying to describe?

If you anticipate serving this audience for a long time - even after the housing market is back on track - I like

    New Deal Realty

People in your market need a new deal. They need somebody to take back the cards and deal them a new hand to play. There might be fewer people in those straits once housing is back, but they'll still like working with a company with "New" in the name.

OTOH, I guarantee you that, no matter what you call it, your audience will call it as they associate it in their mind. If you were to play the game of Telephone with "New Deal Realty" around a circle, it would come back

    Real Deal Realty

    I prefer the former.

Unfortunately, both of these .coms are taken. Try a different ending (.biz, etc.) or appending inc.

Thank you everyone for the help. I sincerely appreciate the comments. While what each of you said did strike a cord within me, it's still not exactly what I am looking for.
I know what I want is tricky. And it's hard to say and be believed when I sincerely tell people: "Trust me. I do have the expertise to get this done and I am probably the most honest and hardworking person you will ever work with. "
And it's not because I am so "wonderful". It's simply the fact that I don't know how to do less than a stellar job in this area. It's what I always look for in others and am sadly disappointed most of the time. And the agent I hope to work with is pretty much of the same mindset. We don't want to be all things to all people. We just want to team up on those opportunities when she has a buyer who needs a home loan and I will do the loan for them. I believe in old fashioned values and high tech solutions. So it's a tough tagline/name to find that fits what I am trying to say, I know. Thank you.
