Rebranding Real Estate Development Need New Name

Name of property has steet name in it, as do many others in area. Although this property's number address is used by residents in area more than name. Had a bad rep. Area changing for the better, property being totally renovated. Rentals. Mostly garden apartments in Westchester area of NY. Uniqueness is hard, and finding a name where a URL is also available (a huge challenge can handle that with addition of some add on).

I have given them at least 30 names. Property built on sloped grounds. Maybe 10 buildings on different levels total units 300 or so. Buildings are brick. Because the grounds where "stepped" I used terrace in some names. Did not get reference. Also not far from Hudson river but do not want any reference in name. no tree names. Don't have "manor" in name.

Liked but not loved
Hillside
Brick hill gardens
Eagle's perch ( town mascot is an eagle, liked that idea)
The Arbor at ______
Hill crest
Eagle's gate

I'm working on it but running out of any non cliche names...any have any suggestions?

    Do you have a creative brief to share about the naming project? What names have "positive" and "negative" connotations? Without more details/guidance, we're likely to come up with similar names that have already been rejected.

    Thanks for the response...here is the deal
    It is by committee. Parties involved: developer team, property management company, and Broker team. There are some strong voices and I know if I get them, the rest will follow.

    In terms of "Brief" i had them do a branding excercise

    Property is:
    Car: a Kia or Honda Civic
    Colors are greens, blues earth tones (pretty obvious)
    Celebrity...someone making a comeback, but not Betty White..too old
    Music style, techno, pop, classic rock
    Airline, Jet blue, southwest
    Sport: Soccer, baseball..mass appeal sport
    Style of Art, Contemporary realism
    Gym: NY Sports Club..not Equinox (which is super expensive)

    If person or personality..Qualities would be:
    Young, Lean, Pleasant, Business Casual, Men's Wearhouse, Quarterback, High Tech, Curved, Fuzzy, Matte Finish

    Has everything you want at a good price, offers good value. Lot of bang for the buck and will be very evident when all renovations and amenities are complete. Like a person who had a "facelift" but a good one. It will make it feel younger, more appealing and more stylish then its former self.

    Thanks Jay, I am going to add a couple of those to my new list and see how it goes....

    Eaglesnest is an after school program in the area that everyone knows about so unfortunately, while a great name won't work because of the reference

    I like the eagle imagery (Jay's EagleNest suggestion)

    So maybe ...

    Wings of an Eagle
    Eagle's Landing
    Eagle Rock
    Eagle Sky

    Also, you may want to consider using a tag line to reflect the branding exercise.
