Name For Hi-tech Ongoing Support Program

Hi! Am looking for ideas on a name for an ongoing support program - after a client has purchased a high tech solution implementation, they can purchase a 'bucket' of hours for ongoing support at a discounted rate. The name needs to be fairly generic as there are many types of implementations covered under this program. Ideas so far are: The Customer Success Pathway Program, The Bridge Program.

The benefit to the client is that they have us at their beck and call when they need us and that we'll continue to help them be successful on an ongoing basis. Thank you!

    Generic and somewhat overused but how about:

    Implementation Success Program
    EasyStart Program
    SureStart Support
    Client Success Solution

    That's what you're really going for, right? Client or customer success; when they win, you win!

    If these are external customers, I should think you'd want to integrate your company's name to the name of the program for the branding boost.
