Online information company needs a name and a tagline for its latest 6 module online video commercial real estate training course.

Course focuses on teaching investors (beginners and experienced investors) how to 'think like a bank' brokering private money, private capital.

    The title should be a little sexier, but not cheesy.

    We had one course that was called "How to Legally Steal Millions From the Bank".

    Something that captures the opportunity of the moment to take action now because these opportunities in commerical real estate won't last forever and will come around 1 in a lifetime.
