Need A Tagline :

I have a farmers Market Produce stand
Need help in a great tag-line for it. We have the most incredible Sweet corn in Md, to die for Red juicy tomatoes and the water melons and cantaloupes are so sweet you will give you cavities. We stride on Freshness, quality and Local. I have come up with a few but have hit a dead end. Would really appreciate any suggestions.
1. always Fresh always Local
2 So Fresh so Local

    "A little bit catchy" shouldn't be your objective. How about "communicates the message clearly, so people understand what makes us different from, and better than, others?"

    There's a lot of experience that says "catchy" doesn't sell stuff. People buy benefits. Give them a meaningful and unique BENEFIT, and they'll buy. Give them "catchy" and they'll smile and remark about how clever that is.

    Which do you really want?

    I have not really seen any really good tag lines about our garden center/Produce market. The one we are using is Before you Buy give us a try.. My husband wants Riva Gardens "Not Just Ordinary" This would be on the front of the t-shirts advertising the Garden Center.We also would like to put A tag line on the Back of the T-shirt advertising our fresh Local Produce Market.. Any suggestions. we carry lots of unbelievable Fresh Local Produce in season. Here are some of our ideals
    1. Oh so Fresh Oh So Local
    2.Buy Local Or Bye Bye Local
    3.Nothing but the Best Local Home Grown Produce
    4.Buy Local Eat Local
    5.Live Local Buy Local.
    6.Always Fresh Always Local.

    I think part of the problem is that we don't know how you are defining "really good." What criteria are you using to evaluate the suggestions? If it's all subjective, then you may never find a "really good" one.

    You also write: "The one we are using is Before you Buy give us a try."

    That's not a great line because it could apply to almost any business in any industry. The really effective taglines are specific to YOUR business, and they promise YOUR primary target audience an important and unique benefit they'll realize when they buy from you.

    Push yourself to articulate exactly who your target audience is and what they want/need most when they buy produce. Then identify the unique and compelling reason why your products are the ideal solution to their most important consideration.

    Taglines are not supposed to be "cute" or "catchy" just to get attention. They should communicate the important reason why your offering is different from, and better than, those of your competitors.

    Good and compelling reasons will win out over "catchy" every time.

    If you don't agree, that's OK. Then I guess the questions would be, "Why do you want a tagline at all? What do you want it to accomplish? And How will you know when the right one shows up?"
