Local Fresh Farm Market

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
I have not really seen any really good tag lines about our garden center/Produce market. The one we are using is Before you Buy give us a try.. My husband wants Riva Gardens "Not Just Ordinary" This would be on the front of the t-shirts advertising the Garden Center. We also would like to put A tag line on the Back of the T-shirt advertising our fresh Local Produce Market.. Any suggestions. we carry lots of unbelievable Fresh Local Produce in season. Here are some of our ideals
1. Oh so Fresh Oh So Local
2.Buy Local Or Bye Bye Local
3.Nothing but the Best Local Home Grown Produce
4.Buy Local Eat Local
5.Live Local Buy Local.
6.Always Fresh Always Local.
Thank you for all of your time and suggestions it is really appreciated. :)

    Dear rivagees

Tag lines, no matter how "good" they are don't sell products, goods, or services.

Repeat business sells. Lines of people out the door sell. Happy customers telling their friends that you made sure they received more for their money than they shelled out for, that sells too.

Although your husband is a nice guy, sadly, what he wants (and as equally nice as you are I'm sure, what you want and like also fall into the following category), when it comes to selling your produce, there things (what you want and what you like), they're irrelevant because you and your husband are not the ones buying the produce.

Ever heard of lagniappe (pronounced "lan-yap")?

It's a Louisiana French, Cajun-Creole word that dates back to the days of early European settlement on these sacred shores. Lagniappe costs (the seller) very little but adds oh, so much to the experience of the buyer.

There isn't enough lagniappe in marketing, which is a pity because when it's used, it works like magic.

Lagniappe is the muffin added to the order of a dozen doughnuts.

It's the sprig of fresh basil handed over when the customer buys a pound or two of juicy, ripe, vine-fresh tomatoes.

Lagniappe is the grease that smoothes the ride, it's the small gift the customer receives as an unspoken "We thank you gladly for your custom. Come back and see us again".

Lagniappe is never advertised, never spoken of; it's just THERE. Some call it an ethical bribe. Others call it good business: give people what they want, then exceed their expectations.

    I hope this helps.
