Tagline For Bladder Center

Posted by c_gabriel99 on 300 Points
We are a group of health care providers providing treatment of urinary incontinence for senior citizens in assisted living facilities and nursing homes. We go to them instead of having them go to us.

Our name is Better Bladder Clinic.

Any ideas for a tag line? Something that could be placed in a logo.

Our idea for a log is the name with a drop of water...any other ideas? Thanks.

Who is the target audience? Is it the nursing home management, the senior with urinary incontinence, family members, physicians, insurance companies, other? (Who makes the purchase decision and sends you a check?)

You need to identify the primary target audience and their most important unmet need. That's what your tagline should address. "Better Bladder Clinic" is probably OK as a name, but it would be nice if you could follow it up with a tagline that references the key emotional benefit that your target audience would realize.

And, FWIW, a drop of water in the logo would almost certainly be seen as a drop of urine once someone sees your name. Not a terribly appealing visual if you're addressing urinary incontinence. You might want to re-think the logo. Show the solution, not the problem.

There are 2 decision makers: the nursing home in allowing us to rent office space in facility and then the patient allowing us to treat. The insurance company (Medicare) pays.

The solution is regaining control (of life and bladder).

I like the house call theme except we dint technically go into rooms/apartment. We have a satellite office in the facility.

    "Just what it says"

A tagline such as "Solving Your Incontinence Issues," addresses both of your audiences - the nursing homes as caregivers and the patients.

If "solving" doesn't work, perhaps "Treating" could also work. "Treating Your Incontinence Issues."

Another might be "Reducing the Complications of Incontinence."

    Monmark:
I can share what we do explicitly. If I am not clear, just ask a follow up question. Our procedures are not proprietary, just how we do it.

We screen all residents and schedule an evaluation with our physician. Once the evaluation is complete, the patient is referred to urodynamics which evaluates the bladder function (equivalent to EKG testing heart function). Depending on diagnosis patient is referred to our physical therapy: which consists of evaluation of pelvic floor muscle strength on a weekly basis, evaluate nerve function (spasms or weakness), electrically stimulate the pelvis and "reprogram the nerves that control the pelvis with electrical acupuncture. This all works to increase pelvic floor muscle strength, calm over active nerve function (regulate nerve signals), and actually strengthen the bladder for better emptying and longer storage of urine.

We rarely use medication or surgery (only when the therapy fails which is not common).

So yes we restore bladder function.
