Taglines For Eco/environment Friendly Builders

I am looking for a perfect slogan/taglines for a Real Estate Agent/Builder who is coming into the market with homes built with green technology. I have already found "Going Green with smart technology", but I need something more powerful. Something that has feel, warmth and love and at the same says about green technology.     How "green" are the homes? Are the homes Platinum LEED-certified? Do they use 53% less energy than comparable homes in your area? Are they 22% less expensive to own? Have the green homes been sought after because they are beautiful looking?

    Green is a label that has a wide array of meanings and isn't necessarily a primary motivator for buyers. Tell us more about first impressions people have about the homes, and then about the technology/thinking embedded in them.
