Rumor: Our Alf Is Full-but It Is Not!

Marketing a great ALF which is not full but their is a rumor in the community that says it is. We have tried...cany bars/ we have suites (play on words). We have grown..we need a gimmick or a tagline. Can anyone help??

    Who is the target audience? What are you trying to communicate with the tagline? Why do you need a gimmick? What are you trying to accomplish?
