Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Why do you want a new tagline? What do you expect it to do for you that the old one can't do? For that matter, what IS the old one? And What's the name of the company? It's almost impossible to come up with a tagline if we don't know what the name of the company is.

And what is it you want to communicate in your tagline? What important benefit do you provide for your customers? Where are they? What are the criteria they use to decide on a supplier of identification products? Is it usually a bidding process?

Think about how you will evaluate the suggestions we come up with. What criteria will you use? How will you pick a winner? If you can tell us that, there's a much better chance we can deliver for you.

Sorry it's not so easy, but good taglines are very difficult to write -- even more so when we are not playing with a full deck. Answer these questions and we'll come up with a great tagline for you.
