    What's the name of the company? Is there a nickname?

    Why not:

    CompanyName Employee Suggestion Program

    What else are you trying to communicate? What's the goal? Why does this program need a name (other than to identify what it is)?

    The name of the company is Wellmont Health System.

    Looking for a catchy, orignial name that will reflect the purpose of the program and to encourage employees to make suggestions regarding quality, safety, patient satisfaction, customer service, financial improvement and community involvement. We are a small area with 2 hospitals within 3 miles of each other.
