    "Hand me ups"
    "Forgiveness"
    "Change is possible"
    "Never forgotten"

when you say second chance, do you mean getting out of poverty, quitting drugs, solving violent family issues.... or is this academic ??
Who would be reading the newsletter ? individuals, other organizations, funding entities, government, local politicians ???
Who reads your newsletter will finally determine the name
How old are the children ? what kind of families ??

I just feel that saying has been utilized in a great deal of marketing pieces and even though that is the message I wanted something different for the title.

    "one small step"

which will put personal effort, and donation, in context of the overall picture.

    is "revival" an overkill ??

    I like the "Face Forward"
not only it give a sense of direction but also an indication of somebody standing up, again.

    "Forward, again"
a sense of development and improvement, overcoming failure and abuse
