Real Estate Team Need Branding- Name/logo

I am partnering with a 20 year veteran Realtor. Has high integrity and sold over 2000 homes. My background is 10 years in lending and last two years business development consulting for law firms implementing default solutions. I am getting my RE license and we are putting together a Real Estate Team with emphasis on Short Sale and Default Solutions. We send all homeowners to local law firms that are the best at default solutions.

    Being myself unfamiliar with the housing market, what is your value proposition ?

    How big is your team ? currently 2 but growing to ??
    Are you considering franchise or just a single shop ??

    I like the Smart on Short, not only it steer away from the negative words, yet clearly indicating the urgency of the selling SOS

    Your activity could then be the Short Pro, to fit in to the overall **** Pro part of the group you''re creating.

    Don''t know about the existing Realty Pro logo, but some kind of integration / similarity should be possible.
