Name For Recruitment Company

Hi,

I am in the process of starting up a recruitment company and the name I originally wanted to use is unavaliable. I am a small boutique company specialising in the recruitment of sale, marketing, PR candidates into the retail, fashion and cosmetics industry as along with recruitment, this is my background. I will be the sole proprieter. Can anyone help?

    Who is your primary target audience? Is it the client the employer or the recruit? Where/what city/state/province/country/continent?

    What unique and important positioning benefit do you deliver? What are you trying to communicate with the name?

    Tell us about your primary target audience and your intended positioning, and we'll help you come up with a good name.

    Thanks for your response! That is a good one! Sadly I can't use the slogan as I used to work for a company with that name!

    It's important that I target the right candidates...most of my clients are in London.. large and corporate clients mostly so I need something that is obviously professional aswell. I have candidates that have worked for cosmetic corporations who are quite funky and fashion forward due to the nature of the industry...does that make sense?

    My main aim is that I listen to both the clients and candiadtes needs and match both the candiadte and the vacancy accurately. I am not into the hard sell...getting the right candidates and ensuring thorough screening is what gets me my results. I never take on a role if I don't think I can match it.

    When you talk about retail, would this be in the same industries or daily retail ?

    Could your name be used to convey the image you're looking for ? would you be willing to use it ??
