Provincial - New Name Req

The business I work for is looking to rename the 'provincial' Estate (all properties outside London, but still in UK), to something more forward thinking. Ideas welcome

    The first idea that comes to mind is we need much more info to help you. What the complete story behind this request (in summary of course)

    Not a great story to tell apart from the desire of the business to change from 'provincial', which has links to 'backward' / 'limited' thinking to a name which reflects the business' forward thinking outlook. Some link to 'regional' jumps to kind but I am not hare this really takes it forward enough.

    So your current name is Provincial
    handling properties outside London

    If you're just outside London, what about

    Near City Estates
    City Expansion Estates
    Main Street properties

    if you're way outside London, yet want to convey development, what about

    County Estates
    Country Developments
    Inroad properties (as opposed to down the road)
    Seven League Properties (close, yet not that close)

    Who is your primary target audience, and what important benefit would you like to communicate to them? The more specific you can be, the better able we will be to come up with a suitable name.
