Need Help Woth A Tagline

I need help developing a tagline for a consulting firm. The business name is Skye Blue Consulting. Primary focus is on recruiting though it may also be used for sales/marketing consulting.

A little stumped right now.

    Who are your primary target customers? Where are they? What important benefit will they realize if/when they hire you?

    Are you committed to the name "Skye Blue Consulting?" It doesn''t suggest any benefit. If the target audience is in/near Skye, then it certainly does tell them you''re local. But not sure what "Blue" means in the context of consulting.

    FWIW, I agree with Phil''s point about being very specific in the tagline about the benefit you deliver, and that means YOU need to be clear on it first.

    will be hard to find something covering both recruiting as well as sales & marketing consulting.... two (even 3) very different activities.

    - when reaching (for it) you might get it

    yet doesn't explain what you do
    or simply

    Skye Blue Consulting
    Sales, Marketing and Recruiting

    rather dull, but to the point

    You're not being very clear on what you're promising customers and what you can do to help them. Before you can get a tag line, could you specify what you're going to be actually doing? Right now, with the little information you've given us, I've come up with this slogan:
    Skye Blue consulting,
    - let your business take flight
