Needs to capture the essence of Capitol Hill = fun/social/diverse/eclectic, maybe a little too much fun. A sort of accompanying tag line will change each year to reflect the ever-changing theme. Just want help with the main title, not the tag line.
It can be a little wild and/or tongue-in-cheek.
Looking to attract local residents & business owners.
The event is starting small but I see it becoming THE marquis event to see and be seen of the year, so it can't sound too crude/naughty.
One word or a short phrase would be great.
