Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Start by narrowing your target audience. Do you know how many women there are between the ages of 19 and 50? There are more than 1.5 BILLION. You couldn't crochet even 1% of that many handbags in the rest of your life. And it would cost you billions of dollars to make them aware of your products.

So it's time to get real and be very specific about your target audience. Where do they live? How much do they spend for their handbags? When/why do they buy new handbags? Where do they learn about new options for handbags and accessories? (And how old are they really? Surely the tastes are different for those in their early 20s and those in their 40s.)

And how are people going to find you? Where will they actually buy your handbags? Will it be online, or will they be able to see, feel and inspect a real handbag in a bricks-and-mortar location?
