Urgent Help! Naming Our Company Incentives Program

I am trying to rebrand our company incentives program. Our company name is Imaging Path, and our brand in general is going under a huge change to make it look more like the innovative, forward thinking company that we are.

I have the opportunity to rebrand our incentives program, currently called PATH+Points. It looks like its from the 1980s and needs to look more updated and like there is more of an INCENTIVE to earn points. People can earn points for submitting Path awards for one another (Performance, Attitude, Team Work, Honesty) as well as for employee of the month, for cook-offs at company meetings, for birthdays, and for various incentives within specific departments (response time, net new calls, top employee of the quarter, etc). The acronym is great considering our company name, but I think it is time to branch away from the name and make it more fun. Any ideas for names ideas for logo?

I like the tagline Exceed Expectations. I don't really think that could be considered the name, but i just really want to get away from the PATH.
