Name/tagline For Bbq Catering Company

We have had some success with bbq competitions and have done some contract cooking for large parties and are going to start a bbq catering company as a part time business. We are having a hard time coming up with a name so we are looking for help.

We are in an afluent area in south Florida and will likely market to middle to upper middle class families. We would also like to do "game day" type packages with wings and pork etc. for delivery. We cook ribs, pulled pork, chicken, brisket etc. with a growing list of side options and probably can do some jambalaya or seafood boils for smaller parties.

We dont want a bbq name that is too redneck (I am one so I can use the term) but probably dont want too formal either.

We would really appeciate some suggestions. If you need more info, just let me know.

    I would probably add that we do it because we love it and dont expect to get rich. We realize that there is a chance it could take off though. We would also like to be able to be able to market our rubs on a small scale. In other words, sell them at competitions or vending opportunities as well as make them available on line.

    We would eventually want to do a web site but will liikely start with just a Facebook page.

    I kind of like that direction. We were thinking "award winning" or something like that but just havent been able to come up with the right combination. Keep em coming. And thanks.

    I have been approaching this by trying to think of a name I like. I am not trying to think about what name someone would be willing to call for a catering job. Maybe I am just thinking out loud here but thinking of suburbia, do people want a more playful bbq name like The Flying Pig or are they more apt to call Dad's Homestyle bbq? Something like Playing with Fire or Captain Danny's or more like Florida bbq Pros?

    I just get my head around what is attractive. I also am trying to make sure the name lends itself to a good, memorable, simple, attractive logo and a good tagline.

    I am probably overthinking it but I just want it to be right. This area has a big, very wealthy equestrian community as well and I would love to get hooked up doing big cookouts for that type of client. I hesitate to use any horse related terms because it might sound like we are cooking horses. Many of these folks are international as well. Some from Europe - Great Britain mainly and many from Central and South America.

    Just trying to get out as much info as possible. Thanks again for your help so far.
