Name For Residential Towers Within The Township.

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Dear Friends,
I am launching a new residential township project named as "Grande Exotica", it offers very luxurious apartments in range of 2 1/2, 3bhk,4bhk and 5bhk. There are 8 towers of 10 floors height.
I need to name this towers which should gel with the name of the township as well.
Tower A and D are same, Thus this could be a 'name1' and 'name 2' Tower B and C are same, Thus this could be a 'name1' and 'name 2'
Tower E is one,
Tower F is one,
Tower G and H are same.Thus this could be a 'name1' and 'name 2'
It would be really helpful if you could suggest some answers on it.
An early reply would be highly appreciated.
Thanks and Regards

Although some buildings are identical, if residents are paying luxury prices, they will want their building to have an independent name. Consider grouping the buildings around an exotic theme, and then using names that are related to each other for the matching buildings. Two sets of examples follow to illustrate.

    Exotic Birds:
A&D – Jacana and Jaeger (both African)
B&C – Gannet and Ibis (both Australian)
    E – Avocet (North America)
    F – Hoopoe (Asia)
G&H – Jabiru and Anhinga (both South American)

    Exotic Islands:
A&D – Java and Sumatra (both Indonesia)
B&C – Hvar and Lipari (both Mediterranean)
    E – Tasmania (Australia)
    F – Zanzibar (Africa)
G&H – Trinidad and Antigua (both Caribbean)

There are many substitutions you might make, but this is the model on which you might establish your names. Flora, wildlife, waterfalls, or ancient civilizations could also be good categories.

Thanks for the valuable response. But this project of mine is located in Indore, a city in central india, People would not understand these names. The challenge here is to name them simple and yet at the same time should depict luxury. I have Thought of 5 elements of nature give your views on it too -
    1) Heaven(meaning the sky)
    2) Aura ( meaning the air)
    3) Sunshine ( meaning the sun)
    4) Meadows( meaning the earth)
    5) Aqua ( meaning the water).
    Tell me how are they.

Thank you for the additional information.

The idea of elements is strong, but not knowing your locale I would ask this: Would an occupant who is spending at a luxury level, be pleased and proud to say "I live in Aqua" or "I live at Sunshine?" If the answer is yes, then you are done.

If the answer is "no," or "I'm not sure," or even "That might sound silly," then there is a little more work to do. Possibly you might name them after geographical entities in your area, such as rivers? Perhaps ...
    -- Narmada
    -- Tapi
    -- Kali Sindh
    -- Parbati
    -- Shipra

You will have better knowledge of the most prominent rivers, but this model gives your names unity while allowing each building (or pair) to have its own identity. The most expensive/prominent building should be named for the largest river, etc.

Best of luck to you, and thank you for the question!
