Tagline For Community Soccer Organization

Local soccer organization has provided all soccer programming (mostly youth) in small city since 1985. "For profit" organizations are now competing for players. We want a tagline that communicates history, quality, affordability, community orientation, and fun! The organization name is a given. "C*_____ Soccer Association" (where C is County name).
Proposed tagline is: Local, Affordable, Fun.

Looking for comments, suggestions, alternatives.
