Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Without knowing which College or location ideas are more difficult to come by.

I'd start with cliche wild wild west keywords and cross reference them with the college.

For example.

Showdown
High noon (what time is the event)
Roundup
Saloon
Spitoon
etc etc....

Then create your list of keywords for your school.

For example

Mascots..
Blue Raiders
Tornadoes

Street location..
Main street
etc

List of professor's names, Dean's names who will be attending.

List of building names at the school.

Name of the town.

Write down all these names and look for conceptual unity. If the event is being hosted at Tombstone Hall, for example, you're in luck. Westboro College High Noon Roundup at Tombstone Hall....or whatever.

If it's located at the Wan Chung Center, you're not in luck, and you may want to consider switching to an eastern theme.

You may find that there is nothing witty or clever to be found based on any research.

Sorry I can't catch any fish for you here. However, you might take my advice, list out as many facts as you can, bring them back here (or not if you don't want to provide it), and maybe a more obvious connection can be made.

Either way, it all begins with research.
