Name & Tagline For Condo Rental

Hi,
Property management company located in Toronto, Ontario Canada is looking for a name and tagline for a website that will provide front-end for short term condo rentals and real estate management. The website will play pivotal role in discovery process by following categories of potential clients:
1) tenants (seeking short/med term rental)
2) landlords (to sublet their condos)
3) real estate owners who need property managment services
4) people who are looking for real estate as a target of investment (most of them are foreigners to Canada)

Any help would be appreciated.

    Are you looking for a domain name for the website, or simply the title for the website?

    Also, what makes your property management company better than your competition?

    The company is looking for the name, ideally a brand name that might be used for development of logo and hopefully to register domain name.

    It's not different from other property management companies, but hopes to develop some advantages as it has attracted pretty good team. It is profitable and operates well for the time being, but having some identity would give a boost.

    - very detailed condo listing (saving time for renters)
    - streamlined process of getting availability status
    - automated process of service request (repair, check-in/check-out)
    - savings on meals ( mini-kitchen), laundry (in suite)
    - very good location in very center of Toronto
    - 24 hour service for tenants
    - top notch decoration

    For investors:
    - good quality real estates
    - dedicated account manager
    - good track record

    My standard naming suggestion is to go to the Google Keyword tool and see what search terms are being used most often for condos in your area. Let us say it were "condos, Ontario." Register the associated domain names and look into how important sub-domains are for SEO (search engine optimization).

    That is the computer/Internet/SEO friendly part of your name. Now you need to add a human friendly part to it, some humor or charm. You want to make the name catchier, easier to remember - for your customers.

    In this case, I add a further suggestion. Take a look at www.buildrealestateresults.com The woman who owns it was very helpful to me on another question I posed on this forum. She might have some ideas about a name for your company as well.
