Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I am trying to come up with a confernce title (catchy, relevant and descriptive) for a conference aimed at electrical contractors (micro, SME and large). We are a training organisation who provide electrical apprenticehip training as well as a range of other specialist electrical training. This sector has suffered hugely over the past few years due to the ecomonic downturn. We have a well-establsihed and positive relationship with the sector, with a high approval rating. We are planning a 1/2 day conference looking at opportunities, innovation, new business etc. for electrical contractors, an opportunity to bring contractors together to have their say. Struggling to come up with a title that does the conference justice, any ideas??
