I need a name and tagline for a computer repair/troubleshooting/consulting company. Our target will be individuals or small businesses.

Do you have any idea how many individuals and small businesses there are? Millions and millions. You need to narrow your focus to just the ones who might be in your real target audience.

Where do they live? What kinds of problems do they have? Who are they using now for these services? Why would they switch?

Then deal with your positioning. Why YOU and not one of your competitors? What makes you different from, and better than, your more-established competition? Why should someone take a risk by switching service providers?

You can't be everything to everyone. Let's figure out who you really want to serve, and then we can name the company just for them -- with a tagline that promises exactly what they want (assuming you can deliver that).

I am helping a friend with naming and logo creation so it is not my business nor is it this area my specialty by any means. He is a computer "geek" he wants to mainly target consumers (perhaps very small businesses) in the Omaha, NE metro area. He will focus on PC repair/setup/troubleshooting etc. all the typical problems a PC owner would have. I hope this narrows it down a bit.
