We offer a hiring platform to businesses that offers them streaming video to interview candidates live or prerecorded questions that candidates answer and then managers review. It allows employers to document and share videos and comments with other managers, while being able to interview candidates all across the world while not having to fly them in to interview until they have narrowed down the pool. (saving money and time, while being green in the process!) The platform is fully web-based and employers don't have to download any software and can just login. It is also fully customizable to show the look and feel of the client with logo and colors.
We will deal with any business looking to hire anywhere in the world (English speaking). We are specificly targeting hiring managers and HR people. We save companies money and time because they can interview candidates and get a feel for "fit" early in the decision making process prior to spending money to fly them in or have multiple managers have to take time out of their day to interview people, they can view recorded interviews anytime/anywhere and make comments on each candidate. Reducing time to hire. This also allows companies to be greener and reduce environmental impact.
