Who is the target audience? Where are they? Is this an online business, a bricks-and-mortar retail location, a wholesale business, or some combination?

Do you have a marketing plan you can share with us? It's important to start with the positioning and a clear identification of the target audience.

And, just in case you don't have a business plan, you probably ought to have at least some rough idea of the likely economics for the business before you spend any more time or money on the project. "Designing and making jewelry" isn't necessarily a business. It sounds more like a job.

It will be an online business. My targeted audience will be women of all ages. I will be making different types of jewelry to sell. I will be working through Etsy and other online jewelry stores to sell my jewelry. I just want a catchy name to get people''s attention to my jewelryl

Do you know how many billions of "women of all ages" there are? Surely you can narrow the target audience to a more reasonable size so we can come up with a name that will resonate with them.

Since one name won't appeal to everyone, it makes good sense to narrow down a subset of "everyone", sell jewelry to them, and have a name that would appeal to them as well.

Where are the women likely to live?
    Married or single?
    Income level?
    Age?
    Skin tone? (if relevant)
Other brands these women are likely to own?

My targeted audience would be those between the ages of 13-40. It's a pretty wide range, but the jewelry will be more modern and classy. I want the name Mintz included in the name somehow- I have had one suggestion of Orna-Mintz Custom Jewelry. Single or Married I don't think would matter- i know a wide varity of either that would like the jewelry. These items would be good as gifts or for personal use. Income level could include any levels.. I do not plan on charging more than 20-30 dollars for any of the items. The women will mostly be from the SouthEast, but as I will be selling online, I may hopefully be reaching out to a wider audience.

You're still shooting for too broad a target. It's not likely that a jewelry site that appeals to teens will also appeal to women in their 30s. The narrower your target the better chance you have of reaching them with the right message, and ultimately of selling your jewelry to them.

Being on Etsy is not a marketing plan. You need to figure out how you will create awareness of your line and get people to visit your site. Otherwise this is going to be a long journey without much chance of success. Designing and making jewelry without a decent marketing plan (and corresponding investment) is going to generate a lot of unsold inventory.

And as for a name, once we have a good definition of your primary target audience we will be able to help you come up with one.
