Marine Aquarium Looking For A Gift Store Name

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
I am looking to name our gift store inside the Aquarium. I have been the director for three years and just tired of saying Gift store or Gift Shop.
We sell all items related to the Marine life on location.
We try not to be a beach store, the items the guest takes home should spark a memory of their visit to our Aquarium.
We have a famous Dolphin named "Winter" but trying not to use her name because we are more about Rescue, Rehab & Release of Marine Life.
All names welcomed!!

I take it this is THE Winter, the tail-less dolphin at Clearwater Marine Aquarium?

The SAME Winter as featured in the new Warner Brother's movie https://dolphintalemovie.warnerbros.com/index.html?

What name rights did you sign away (or retain) when negotiating the movie deal? Seek legal counsel and investigate the possibilities to use Winter's name within the restrictions of the rights you retain. If you singed away ALL rights to the use of Winter's name, then you have a problem because ALL related merchandise and naming rights may well be solely controlled by Warner Bros. Please tell us that you retained ALL rights to the name because if you did, you're sitting on a gold mine.

Once you've figured this out, come back. If you cannot then use Winter's name to create a list of marketable, buyable products that attract attention to your store (which also needs an online store with related merchandise that people can buy online and have shipped) there's something wrong with your business model.
