Tagline For A 3rd Party Assessment Business

The company, called Network of Medical Professionals, is a third party assessment business. It is a small, fairly new company trying to make an impact within their market. We want to be known as providers of high quality, professional & unbiased reporting. The thing that sets us apart is the fact that all our reports are written, checked and proofed by medical professionals every step of the way. Any ideas?

    Well, let's start with a clear and specific definition of your target audience. Who are they? Where are they? Why do they need what you provide? What's the benefit for them? What are their alternatives? What are they doing today that you hope to replace?

    Well our target market is predominantly insurance companies, legal/plaintiff, employers and corporations. We service the province of Ontario. What we provide is clinically defensible independent assessments. What sets us apart is the fact that our reports are reviewed line by line by regulated healthcare professionals. Our main disadvantage is that we are a small and fairly young company. We do hope to expand even more into the educational services and personal independent assessments. Any thoughts on a tagline or even advice about how to best market ourselves and expand would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

    I'm not being clear enough. What I'm asking is why someone in your target audience might hire you. What is the BENEFIT you provide. I get that you conduct "clinically defensible independent assessments" of something. But WHY would someone want those assessments? What BENEFIT would they realize after they have one of your assessments? What are they doing today to get that benefit? Why would your assessment be worth the cost to them?

    Do all insurance companies, lawyers, plaintiffs, employers and corporations in Ontario need these assessments? When? Why? How frequently?

    Hi mgoodman! First of all, thank you so much for your responses and help. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough with my questions and explanations, so I will try one more time. In Ontario it is legislated that an insurance company must back up their reason for denying a statutory accident benefits claim. They do this by hiring a 3rd party assessment service. They need us (or another assessment company) every time a claim is filed and every time a claimant, plaintiff, or employee has a bodily injury. If they did not use our services, millions of dollars would be lost through lengthy court proceedings, in addition to the claimant not receiving proper healthcare on time. Further, it would negatively impact especially the people who actually need that care. If not treated on time, their injuries could become chronic. Basically, and this might sound bad, we help insurance companies and employers save money by exposing claimants that are trying to "milk" their insurance companies or employers. At the same time, we make sure that claimants that need it, get the benefits they deserve. Am I closer to nailing the benefits we provide?
