Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I am in the process of creating a marketing plan geared towards attracting service members to consider moving their mother/father when they relocate to a nearby military base. I am looking for something along the lines of "For when mom needs to move too."
Our demographic is a private pay clientel that can afford upwards of 4000+ per month for services. This would be the parents of professional military, ie officers, higher ranking NCOs etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
