Promotion Ideas For Casino

I'm a Promotions Coordinator looking for ideas for promotions for January 2012. I feel like I've hit a brick wall and the ideas don't seem to be fresh (just repeating promotions with different themes). We have done Hot seats on Fridays giving away free play and Hot Seats on Saturday giving away cash. We have given away flat screens on sundays and just gave away a Jeep last month. Just looking for new promotion ideas for the new year. Help!

    How have those promotions worked for you? Did they accomplish your objectives? If so, why not repeat them? If not, do you know WHY they didn't succeed?

    We'd be rather foolish if we simply came up with more promotion ideas like the ones that didn't work before, wouldn't we? And if you have some that HAVE worked well, why not repeat them? Or at least tell us what the successful promotions had that the unsuccessful ones didn't.

    Give us a chance to succeed for you. You've essentially run the test market. Now the key will be to analyze results so you know what seems to work and what doesn't.

    It would also help to know more about your target market and your goals for the promotions. Do you want to target current, repeat customers, or are you hoping to attract customers who have never been to your casino? Are you located in an area with other casinos, or are you in a rural area and you are the only casino around? Does your target have to travel far to come to your casino?

    Any information would be helpful.
