Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Hello all. Each year we host our county fair and develop a "theme" for the fair. For 2012 we're bringing in a variety of entertainment with a water theme - sting rays, walk on water, sea lions, giant buble tower, etc. While all of our entertainment isn't water related, the biggest majority is. As such we'd like our 2012 theme to be water related. The theme is typically a catching saying or tagline - 5-7 words, give or take. Any thoughts our ideas you have would be appreciated.
