Pet Training And Behavior Biz Needs Tagline Help!

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hi all!

We are a pet training and behavior business in Portland, OR. We work with dogs and cats, and have a wide range of services ranging from behavioral consulting for severe behavior problems, to obedience classes and puppy classes to help prevent behavior problems.

We have an animal behaviorist and veterinarian, a Certified Pet Dog Trainer, as well assistant trainers. We offer high-quality individual consults as well as highly individualized classes. We are unique in that we work as a team, where an individual client and pet may see different staff members depending on what their pet needs at the time.

We are a very caring and compassionate group of people, and the clients who work with us are very attached to their pets and think of them as family members.

We are rebranding our materials and have been trying to come up with a tagline that is catchy but also appeals to the emotional attachment of pet owners (but isn't too cutesy). We have run out of ideas and would love your input.

Our website is www.synergybehavior.com if you would like to take a look.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi Mark,

Thank you for the ideas. We hadn't thought of the idea of them being proud of their pets but that's a neat angle that would be interesting to follow more.

Can you think of any ideas relating to the team aspect of our business?

Hi all, we are very interested to hear what ideas people may have for tagline ideas for our group. Thanks!

Since your business name ("Synergy Behavior Solutions") doesn't clearly say what you do, your tagline needs to help out. For example:

Training Pets & Owners Since 1998
Sit. Stay. Good Boy. We Help!
    Problem Pet? We've Got Answers.

    Hi Jay,

Thanks for your feedback. That's definitely part of the reason that we're interested in redoing our tagline. The one that we currently have online seems a little too emotionless. We are trying to find a way to address people's "pain points" but also indicating that we are more than a training company, and we do more than resolving behavior problems (our staff is trained to look for early warning signs of behavior problems as well).
