Title Needed For Fun Tax Prep Seminar-no Snoring

Posted by shalimar.albanese on 250 Points
I'm the marketing director for a direct mortgage lender and we host lots of free educational seminars for consumers. Next up is a seminar on preparing taxes but we'll be highlighting ways to save more money with deductions, pros & cons of e-filing and essential facts every consumer should know. Thoughts for a catchy title that won't make them think snore fest?

Can you provide more detail about your target audience? Where do they live? Average age? Male/female? Income level? How did they prepare their returns last year? Etc.

It's hard to imagine a seminar on preparing taxes that has broad appeal and makes people WANT to attend. How do you plan to make the seminar live up to the promise of "no snoring?" If you promise no-snoring and it ends up being a yawner, you might do more harm than good. You need to set the right expectations -- and then deliver on them.

We'll be advertising the seminar on a local radio station which targets 18-34 in the Rhode Island and South Eastern Massachusetts areas. I don't plan on saying it won't be a bore but I was hoping the title could entice them. Also, one attendee will win a $250 Local furniture gift certificate.
