The LAdy Liberty Co. deals with everyday customers inan upscale setting at average cost for us products.The store resembles a mall with every departments has a brand and feels like its own store.

    Besides an "upscale setting at average cost for US products", why should someone want to shop at the store? Why do you current best customers LOVE shopping there? What do they tell their friends about the shopping experience?
