there is a company which is registered with the brand name "NATIONAL" manufacturing plastic house hold items in INDIA
so can i have a company with a brand name "NATIONAL GOA" manufacturing the same products in INDIA ???

    This is a question you need to ask of a copyright lawyer in India, not here in the United States and you need also take note that I am NOT a lawyer, nor should you take my opinion as legal advice.

    My personal, non-lawyer opinion is that your use may be in violation of copyright because the original NATIONAL could legitimately argue that your use of their name breaches their copyright and that such use implies or creates their support or blessing of your product or service, which it does not.

    In short, you'd do well to find another name and make yourself stand out based on your originality, not on someone else's.
