Title For A Managers Convention

I need a title for a managers convention of a Quick Service Restaurant company. The event will be on February. The objective of the convention is to rally their employees / managers to excel at their work, work as a team and to raise their sales. I need a very inspirational yet strong event title. The requirements are:

- 3-word - 2-word title
- Inspirational / Motivation
- It should sounded nice / when chanted or shouted in unison

Theme: Dragonboat

Reference: (Past event titles)
2009: Conquering the Peak (Theme: Mt. Everest)
2010: Race Beyond Limits (Theme: F1)
2011: Break Records (Theme: 4x100 M track relay)

    @ PhilGrisolia4Results: What we need is a title that will encourage the employees. We proposed "All for One" but unfortunately, this title was used already in their past convention. But the message is connected with the theme since dragon boat is about being synchronize with your team.

    "Synchronized Strength"
    Substantiation: keeping the dragonboat in focus, its a 'synchronized group effort' that propels a watercraft forward.

    "One Force"
    Substantiation: Many hands make light work and so as one force they direct themselves to one goal.


    "A.C.T. One"
    Substantiation: where A.C.T. is an abbreviation for 'Aim Connect. Transform.' A way to tell your team to ACT as one.
