Tagline For A Comp Mn2 Events Want Play On Squared

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I need ideas about a tagline for a company with the name MN2 Events. They want a play on the squared theme. they do all sorts of events..corporate, beach parties, host meetings, galas, etc.

Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated!

Unfortuneatly being square(d) doesn't sit naturally with having a great party! but let's try:

    Fun2 (with the 2 superscript)
    Events Unsquared
    Business Unsquared
    events to the power of
    Power up

I agree with Mark -- the word square doesn't lend itself to creativity and expertise. In going with his thinking, you could be playful and say "Event Coordination Outside the Box" or "We're far from square when it comes to event planning."

Thanks, I also agree it's not very pleasing. I would have preferred to have been consulted before that decision was made, but never the less. I still have to come up with a fabulous tag line.

I liked all the ideas so far. I also had "creating the perfect event" with perfect being in italics...you know..for a perfect square.

I'm really struggling with this project. Thanks for all the ideas! Keep 'em coming!

I wouldn't play up the squared theme, not because squares don't go with events, but because people might not "get" the squared meaning (and trying to convey that takes their mind away from thinking about the fun events they plan).

Why not simply convey the region they serve or the price point they target ("Luxury Parties In Chicago") or ("Creating Delightful Memories In Orem")? It's ultimately what people are looking to find out - why should they hire them? What's the clear benefit?

I agree with Jay. Focus on the benefit, not on the play on words (square/squared).

What's the reason for a tagline? What do you want it to communicate? Who is the primary target audience? Why should they consider your company? What makes you different from, and better than, other event planners?
