Need A Name For Landmark Tower Apartment Community

We recently acquired a tower apartment community in Philadelphia that has been a landmark in the area since 1960. We need a name that will re-brand the community and that will compliment all of the modern renovations about to take place. Any suggestions would appreciated.

    Besides being a landmark since 1960, what can you tell us about it? Has it been upgraded? How strong is the community? Why do people LOVE to live there? Who are you trying to attract?

    In the next few months it will undergo extensive renovations in the common areas, a new fitness center will be added, and exterior landscapping will be enhanced. The tower was built in 1960 and not much has changed since. Rents are affordable for the amount of space offered in the apartment homes and that is one reason people desire to live there. Location wise it is great, just off City Avenue and very close to public transportation. There are great views of city skyline! Our target audiences are young professionals and graduate students.
