Name For Speech Therapy Private Practice

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I need a name for my Speech & Language Therapy private practice. I provide communication therapy to preschool and school aged children. My speciality is working with children on the autistic spectrum. Most of my business has been generated by parent " word of mouth" referrals. I would like the name to be professional, creative, and specific to the service I provide ( not tongue n cheek). The name under consideration is Sound Solutions Speech and Language Therapy. Suggestions for a name and tag line would be greatly appreciated.

I like what you've suggested: Sound Solutions Speech and Language Therapy. People will shorten it to Sound Solutions, and that's fine.

    Your tagline may be:

    * Helping our most vulnerable communicate with the world ... or

*Help for young people to eliminate communication frustration.

I too like the name you're considering. Nice job.

The one thing you might consider in the tagline is clear reference to your target audience. Example: "Serving the Children of [CityName]"

Because the name is relatively long (i.e., 6 words, 11 syllables), I'd keep the tagline very short.

Is it necessary to include both "Speech & Language" in your business name? Predominantly which of your offerings are your prospective clients looking for? If most of your clientele are on the autistic spectrum, why not include autistic in the name (or at least in your tagline)?

For a tagline, since your business name doesn't specify, include the word "children" (as mgoodman suggested).
