Tag Line For A Service Desk Software Company

We commercialize an Help Desk software suite that enables companies to centralize all kinds of requests (incidents, queries, knowledge), to follow up, to manage an ensemble of linked tasks, and to automatize their management in a few clicks.

We cater to the following users: IT Managers, IT Directors, IT Service Management Lead and sell to Fortune 500 companies throughout the world.

Key points: Agile, fully customizable… so very flexible. Some competitors sell their solution for 250 000.00$. We offer the same functionalities with equivalent robustness for a fraction of that price.

The focus of the message should be on THEIR business. They buy our software to better manage the incoming queries at their customer service department so that they can concentrate on what’s the most important for them: THEIR business. Main message should be:

«By choosing our Service Desk Solution, you make sure to be more competitive by putting your time and energy (and employees) on what really matters the most, your business»

If possible, I'd like our tag line to include the words «Service Desk». Example: «Service Desk at the heart of your business for results, not excuses»

    - What's the name of your company/product (ideally, we don't want to repeat any of these words in the tagline)?
    - Besides price, what makes your product better/different?
    - Why can you offer a solution much cheaper than your competition?
    - Why should they entrust this functionality to your company? How can they trust your services?

    The name of the company is C2. Name of our flagship product: C2Enterprise.

    our product is better because of its great flexibility. A given client can customize it to its needs...and doesn''t need to be a rocket science brainiac! Its an Integrated ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) Tool for Incidents, problems, changes, configurations, release management, availability, capacity in knowledge management.

    Because most other solutions cannot be installed by the users. It takes a certified integrator and for most installations it can take months before up and running.

    Clients can trust our services because it''s been tested, kicked and installed by major fortune 500 companies in vertical markets such as educations, health, finance, engineering, government, municipalities, etc.

    C2 stands for : CLIENT + CARE

    I''m trying to say that:

    «because you are using C2Enterprise, you no longer have to worry about service level agreement (SLA) not being met, you can therefore concentrate on what matters the most, YOUR business.»

    In other words, making money, sell or produce more stuff or services. So, C2 = Client + Care = ITSM

    IT Service Management Tool | «Enabling you to Focus on Your Business»

    Something like that... does that make sense?

    Al - it does make sense, but it's not something people will quickly "get" nor is it something that your customers will see as a primary benefit (think: saving money, saving time, higher efficiency, etc.). If you asked one of your (recent) customers to answer in one sentence why they chose your product, what would they say? If you're not sure, it's time to ask them.

    Jay- I agree with everything you say. They all have different reasons for buying. Raise profitability, lowering costs, keep clients satisfaction level, insure better follow-up on inquiries. What stands out as a USP is the fact that the product is scalable. So it adapts to your growing needs...
